A few more reads for the Autumn holidays

El pequeno mago, by Kazuno Kohara, is the story of a little wizard who wants to learn to fly, and goes to his friends for help. This is a super picture book story for early elementary school kids.

Es Halloween, querido dragon- A beginning to read book, by Margaret Hillert- this may be a good way to encourage your youngest pre-readers with simple vocabulary celebrating the upcoming Halloween holiday. The story uses the most basic of words and short sentences.

Rosita y Conchita is a beautiful story for any older student- younger students may find it a bit lengthy. It is a Dia de los Muertos story about the love between two sisters, one of whom has died, and their preparations to try to find each other on Dia de los Muertos.
